Fanerise provides artists with promotional services by adding their tracks to various playlists as outlined in a campaign summary sent to the artist. This summary details the playlists to which the artist’s track has been added, serving as confirmation of service delivery.

2. Account and Payment Information

  • Account Creation: To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Payment: All payments for the Service must be made through the payment methods we accept at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the associated payment method for all fees due under your account.

3. Service Delivery

  • Campaign Summary: Once you have purchased a campaign, we will send you a campaign summary via email, detailing the playlists your track has been added to. This email serves as official confirmation that the Service has been delivered.
  • Service Commencement: The Service is considered to have commenced once your track has been placed on the playlists as outlined in the campaign summary email.

4. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund only if the Service has not commenced, as defined in Section 3 above.
  • Service Commencement: Once your track has been on the playlists as detailed in the campaign summary email for 10 days, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Case-by-Case Consideration: In rare circumstances, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Any request for a refund must be submitted to our support team at [support@fanerise.com]. The decision to issue a refund is made on a case-by-case basis and is final.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Chargeback Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback dispute with your credit card company for a service that has been delivered according to the terms outlined in Section 3, we reserve the right to provide evidence, including the campaign summary and any relevant communication, to contest the chargeback.
  • Fair Credit Billing Act Compliance: While we comply with the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974, we reserve the right to contest any disputes we believe are not made in good faith. We will provide detailed evidence of service delivery and adherence to our refund policy in such cases.
  • Legal Recourse: By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that any disputes regarding chargebacks will be handled by providing evidence of service delivery as outlined in these Terms. The decision of Fanerise in refund matters is final and binding.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase and use of our Service. We are not liable for any issues that arise from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
