At Fanerise, we are committed to providing quality Spotify playlist promotion services. Our goal is to ensure satisfaction by helping artists achieve greater visibility and engagement on Spotify. Please read our refund policy to understand the conditions under which we offer refunds.
Subscription Details
Fanerise operates on a monthly subscription basis. Artists can cancel their subscription at any time through their customer dashboard. It is the responsibility of the artist to cancel their subscription as needed. Refunds will not be issued in most cases for failure to cancel or for forgetting to cancel.
However, in certain circumstances, a refund may be considered.
To request a refund, you must contact us through our support email at support@fanerise.com.
Please note that the decision to issue a refund is made on a case-by-case basis and is solely at our discretion. This decision is final and cannot be contested.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under specific conditions:
- Service Commencement: Once an artist’s music has been on the playlists outlined in the campaign summary email for 10 days, the artist will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- Non-fulfillment of Service: Refunds are issued only if we are unable to get your music on the playlists according to the amount of playlist credits purchased. Playlist credits refer to engagement levels per playlist, as detailed at the time of purchase.
- Chargeback Policy: If the customer initiates a chargeback with either PayPal or Stripe, they will no longer be eligible for a refund. All disputes must be resolved directly with our support team as outlined in our terms of service.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in specific cases. Please contact us directly to discuss the circumstances and explore possible solutions.
Non-refundable Fees
All payment processor fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
